I've started with a lot of information, and very little. It all depends on the needs of the users and stakeholders! But ideally I like to get as much information as possible and do research, then move to wireframing.

Absolutely! Virtual meetings are always available, making it simple to connect from anywhere at your convenience.

Absolutely not. I've worked in so many industries, and UX is universal! And it's a great learning opportunity. I know so much about so many different industries now.
